fix: redesign edit item modal and resolve saving issue
...
- Reorganized 'Edit Item' form layout strictly into 2-columns.
- Fixed an orphaned `</div>` tag that had pushed the 'Save Changes' button outside of the form tags.
- Enabled Expiry Date configuration.
- Globally styled all modal title bars to be `bg-primary` (Blue) with white text to satisfy design requests.
