We are accepting all major credit cards as well as cash. Please note: If you intend to pay with cash, you MUST INFORM ME BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES. This policy is non-negotiable, and failure to notify in advance will result in hidbid charging your credit card on file immediatly upon auction closing. Thank you for your understanding. Also, starting NOW any bidders, whose credit cards are declined will be charged an additional fee of $5 per day until auction is paid in full.
IMPORTANT PICK-UP & SHIPPING INFORMATION Please read carefully. These policies are strictly enforced. ?? PICK-UP DAYS & TIMES Pick-up is available on: MONDAY & TUESDAY — 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM You will be sent an email within one hour after the auction ends so that you can sign up for the day and time you want. No exceptions. Please plan accordingly. ?? SHIPPING POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS We are happy to offer shipping; however, the following terms must be followed: 1. Settlement Email Response Required After the auction ends, you will receive a settlement email. You MUST REPLY within 3 business days if you need shipping. Failure to respond within this window will result in your items being considered abandoned, and they will be resold or disposed of. Checking that you need shipping when registering for the auction is not adequate as many check this in error. 2. Shipping Invoice Sent Separately Shipping and handling charges are not included in your auction total. A separate invoice will be sent to you via PayPal and must be paid before your items are shipped. 3. No Pre-Payment Shipping Quotes Shipping quotes are not available until your auction items are paid for and packaged. Shipping cost = actual shipping fees + $10 flat handling fee. 4. Confirmation Required to Ship We will not package or ship your items until you confirm via email that you want shipping. 5. Lowest Cost Shipping We will choose the cheapest shipping method available. If you choose not to pay for shipping after it is invoiced, no refunds will be issued for your purchases. ? SHIPPING INVOICE DEADLINE Shipping invoices are sent within 1–3 business days of your purchase. Payment is required within 5 business days of the original auction invoice.
