Boss Stuff Auctions – Terms & Conditions Payment Terms Unless otherwise stated, all purchases must be paid in full on the day of the sale. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (Amex), Wire Transfer, Zelle, Cash App, and Square. A $25.00 wire transfer fee applies per transaction. A 18% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases unless otherwise announced at the time of sale. An invoice will be sent to the winning bidder on the same day the auction ends. It is the buyer’s responsibility to complete payment within one (1) business days of receiving the invoice if item reserve is met. You may request an extension this option is available through the bidder registration form and must be elected before placing any bids. Eligibility and Entry Everyone who participates in this auction must fill out the bidder verification form, if you would like assistance with this process or to provide your information over the phone with our representatives you can text 210-738-2001 and request a call for verification. This must be done before the auction starts you will be declined entry if the auction starts and you are not verified. If you are unable to pay with a card but will still like the participate you will need to place a fully refundable deposit before placing bids. Premium lots will be marked as such and will require a deposit before bids are accepted. No one under the age of 18 is permitted at the auction site due to insurance and safety regulations. All buyers must be U.S. citizens or verified U.S.-owned companies or organizations. Buyers must present a valid photo ID, such as a Driver’s License. If bidding on behalf of a business or organization, buyers must provide documentation such as a letterhead or proof of ownership. Agents must be pre-approved with a signed letter from the buyer authorizing them to bid on their behalf up to a specified dollar amount. You will be required to fill out a sold as is document declaring that you understand you are participating in a sold as is auction before your items are shipped. This will be done through our processors. "Boss Stuff Auctions may elect to offer unsold reserve items to the highest bidder post-auction at their discretion." Bidding Limits All new bidders are subject to a 650.00 maximum bidding limit. To increase this limit, a fully refundable 100.00 deposit must be submitted prior to bidding. Deposits must be made via Zelle, Cash App. Deposits are returned within 24 hours if no bids are placed or are applied toward purchases if winning bids are secured. No exceptions will be made to increase bidding limits without a deposit on file. You will not be able to bid on certain premimum lots without the deposit on file. Shipping Terms – Video Games All video game items are subject to mandatory shipping. Local pickup is not available under any circumstances. A flat rate of $11.99 applies to orders containing one (1) video game. A flat rate of $11.99 applies to orders containing two (2) to five (5) video games. For purchases including five(5) to ten(10) video games, the shipping fee will be $16.99. For purchases including ten (10) to twenty-nine (29) video games, the shipping fee will be $19.99. For purchases including thirty (30) to forty-nine (49) video games, the shipping fee will be $24.99. For purchases including fifty (50) to seventy-four (74) video games, the shipping fee will be $24.99. For purchases including seventy-five (75) to ninety-nine (99) video games, the shipping fee will be $29.99. For purchases including one hundred (100) or more video games, the shipping fee will be $34.99. The price of shipping will vary if non video game items are added to your order (example video game accessories, and Consoles/Electronics, Books, Clothing) being part of your order will result in a different shipping amount than advertised above this shipping amount will cover the cost of your items to ensure they arrive safely. Items will be securely packaged and shipped via USPS or a comparable carrier, with tracking information provided. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address at the time of purchase. Combined shipping discounts are automatically applied based on the total number of video games purchased. Returns Policy BossStuff Auctions operates as a sold-as-is auction. No returns or refunds are accepted under any circumstances for any video games, consoles, or electronics. You may reach out to us contact@bsauctions.com if you feel like there was a misrepresentation from what you ordered and what you recieved. You will be required to provide absolute proof and it will be compared to everything we have. Any evidence of tampering, part removal, modification, or damage caused after delivery will void any potential return eligibility. All items are fully tested and inspected by qualified technicians before listing, and condition is accurately described in each lot. Detailed photos are taken and all consoles and electronic information is taken down prior to shipping for documentation. Once an item leaves our possession, BossStuff Auctions is not responsible for any damage, loss, or functional issues that occur during shipping. All packages are shipped with USPS insurance, and any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping provider. Substitutions and Fulfillment Adjustments In the event an item becomes unavailable, lost, or damaged during the fulfillment process, BossStuffAuctions reserves the right to substitute the affected item with one of equal or greater value or condition at our sole discretion. Substitutions may include: Alternate versions of the same item (e.g., case variation, bundle vs. base unit) Upgraded editions (e.g., steelbook, collector’s, complete-in-box, etc.) Functional equivalents in similar condition or resale value By participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to this policy. No refunds will be issued for substituted items that meet or exceed the original listed condition or value. Customers will be notified of any substitutions during invoice or shipping confirmation. Item Removal and Loadout For this auction, pickup is not available. This is an online-only auction and all items will be shipped to the address on file after full payment is received. Shipping and handling charges will be included on your invoice. All items are packaged securely, and tracking will be provided. Once shipped, any claims for loss or damage must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Reserves and Auction Rights Certain items in this auction may be subject to a reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the item may not be sold, even if bids have been submitted. Items not listed on your final settlement statement may have failed to meet their reserve. BossStuff Auctions reserves the right to accept or reject any bid at our discretion, withdraw items prior to or during the auction, and determine the successful bidder in the event of a dispute. Inspection, Sales Tax, and Legal Notice Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding or asking all questions. Pictures of all items and their working or non working status will be listed in the items lot and description. If the lot is missing any information we request you reach out before bidding. Boss Stuff Auctions makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. "All purchases are subject to Texas sales tax. No resale or tax exemption certificates will be accepted for this auction." Boss Stuff Auctions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the listing details. Emails containing unnecessary negative remarks, price complaints, or unrelated commentary will not receive a response. Payment Fee Policy Boss Stuff Auctions may charge a card collection fee for purchases made using Square, Cash App, or similar platforms. The fee is typically 3.3% plus $0.30 for invoice payments and 3.5% for in-person card payments. These fees will be disclosed and added to the total invoice amount. Buyers may avoid these fees by paying with Cash or Zelle. Registration Notice By registering for this auction, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein. Boss Stuff Auctions reserves the right to deny bidding privileges to anyone who fails to comply with these policies. Non-payment after winning an item is considered a violation of auction policy and may result in removal from future auctions, collections action, and/or legal pursuit for breach of contract. “Registration required: All participants must complete our Bidder-Verification form before bidding. All LEGO sets, Mystery Boxes, and trading card products including Yu-Gi-Oh items are sold as-is and are final sale. LEGO items may be sealed, open box, or customer return and are documented prior to shipment through photographs, weight verification, and packaging records. Due to the nature of collectible building sets, claims for missing pieces, substituted pieces, incomplete builds, or internal contents after delivery will not be accepted, as Boss Stuff Auctions cannot verify post-delivery handling once an item has been opened. Any LEGO set returned with removed, swapped, or altered contents will be considered tampered with and will void any dispute eligibility. Mystery Boxes are randomized, pre-packed, and documented prior to shipment and are sold with the understanding that contents are undisclosed, values are subjective, and item selection varies; no returns, refunds, substitutions, or disputes will be accepted for Mystery Boxes for any reason including dissatisfaction or perceived value. All trading cards and card products including Yu-Gi-Oh are final sale; sealed products are documented prior to shipment, and once opened are not eligible for return or dispute due to the inability to verify post-delivery handling. Claims related to pack contents, pull rates, card condition after opening, alleged resealing, or missing cards will not be accepted. Any evidence of tampering, resealing, selective removal, part swapping, or post-delivery alteration will void all dispute eligibility. Any dispute or chargeback found to involve item manipulation, false missing-item claims, or post-delivery alteration will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds paid, permanent ban from future auctions, and potential reporting to payment processors and auction platforms. Boss Stuff Auctions maintains packing records, weight logs, and photographic documentation for dispute defense. BossStuffAuctions reserves the right to extend the auction close or delay closing until at least 50 verified bidders are registered.” Every bidder starts off with a maximum amount of $500.00 minimum unless you have an outstanding hibid record. Your bidding limit will be raised to match the deposit on file. Deposits are fully refundable within 24 hours if you have no winning bids. If you win items, the deposit will be applied to your invoice. If the amount you spend exceeds your deposit, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance and your card on file will be charged. If we are unable to collect payment, you will have one business day to pay the remaining amount unless you request an extension using the provided form. If payment is not made within that time frame, the deposit becomes non refundable due to a breach of the legally binding auction agreement and will be treated as a fee. Deposit amounts and maximum bid limits are as follows 15 dollar deposit maximum bid amount 150 dollars 25 dollar deposit maximum bid amount 500 dollars 100 dollar deposit maximum bid amount 1000 dollars - This is required for premium lots as well. Dispute Clause “If you initiate a dispute against a transaction and your items have not yet been shipped or picked up, and you are found liable for that dispute, you forfeit both your claim to the merchandise and any funds paid.”
