Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES.
All items sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" with all faults.
Condition of Online Auction
Bidders are responsible for the bids. All high bids are considered legal binding contracts and all sales are final. All items are sold "as is" and "where is", with NO guarantee, warranty, or possible refund written, expressed, or implied. We will always make all attempts to ensure the description gives a clear picture of condition but working/running condition and flaws of an item may not be known and may not always be listed in the items description. Please note that all sales are final regardless of the purchase items condition. If available, please inspect your items prior to bidding.
We use a 2 minute soft close for our auctions. This removes the last minute bid winners and allows everyone a fair opportunity to bid.
The following fees apply to all final invoices:
* Final Bid Hammer Down Price
* 10% Buyer Premium
* Sales Tax 13% HST
Pick Up details, including address, will be sent with invoice.
Appointment only pick up. The sign up for an appointment time to be sent after auction.
Payment accepted at pick up will be exact cash only.
Bidders requesting shipping must follow the following direction.
Canada - will send cost of shipping after the end of the auction. The cost of your winnings and shipping must be paid via e-transfer.
USA - will send cost of shipping after the end of the auction. The cost of your winnings and shipping must be paid via paypal.
There is no exceptions in regards to pick up/shipping directions above for your items.
Just as we hold your bid in trust we expect your bid is your binding agreement.
Any issue with bidders not fulfilling their promise will be left negative reviews until they make good. Every negative review will result in detoriation of the ability to bid on Hibid.
Multifarious reserves the right to close early or extend auctions at any time at its discretion. It is strongly suggested that Max bids be placed early to avoid losing out due to an ill-timed, last minute bid. The auction is run on Eastern Standard Time.
